Francis graduated from the University of Hull and was called to the Singapore Bar on 14 July 1993. He began his career at Messrs William Lai & Alan Wong in 1992, becoming a Junior Partner and then a Director when the firm became WLAW LLC in 2003, before forming Quantum Law Corporation with Vallance Chee. He is a Commissioner for Oaths.

Vallance graduated from the National University of Singapore law school in 1992 and began his career as a white-collar-crime investigator with the Commercial Affairs Department. Admitted to the Singapore Bar on 10 April 1996, he handled debt recovery and credit litigation for banks, the enforcement of secured loans and mortgages, and general commercial work, before co-founding Quantum Law Corporation with Francis Guok in October 2005. He also directs the firm's day-to-day administration and operations.

Zhipeng was called to the Singapore Bar in 1997. His conveyancing work covers the sale, acquisition and leasing of residential, commercial and industrial properties, REITs, developers' sales and real estate project finance, and he also advises on banking, credit and security, and corporate and commercial matters. He is a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.

Cher Hian graduated in law from the National University of Singapore in 1993, was admitted to the Singapore Bar in April 1994 and took his Master of Laws there in 1998. His career includes Legal Counsel and Military Prosecutor at the Ministry of Defence, Director at Yeo-Leong & Peh, and more than seven years at the Singapore Land Authority, where he was Director of its Land Operations divisions, before he joined Quantum Law Corporation in October 2010. He acts mainly in conveyancing and corporate commercial work, including for banks and financial institutions.
